About This Webinar:

Personal Finance Managers provide counseling to many different military families going through difficult financial situations. Using communication skills effectively is vital to the success of their work with clients. In this webinar, we discuss ways to most effectively communicate with clients so that strategies for positive change can be put into action, and clients can achieve their goals.

Presenter

Ryan H. Law teaches in the Personal Financial Planning program at Utah Valley University. He is also the Director of the Utah Valley University Money Management Resource Center where volunteer peer Financial Coaches educate students, faculty, and staff through one-on-one counseling sessions and presentations on campus.

  1. Hi, I completed the survey and thought test would be available after but this is what I received: You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired. Thought maybe my session expired so I went out and came back in but received the same message. How do I access the test?

  2. I completed the test yesterday for this webinar and have not receive my certificate.
