Exploring the Research on Fad Diets

Wed February 12th: 11:00 am-12:00 pm EST

Event Navigation

About This Webinar:

We are faced with a constant churn of nutrition trends and fad diets. The more sensational the claims, the more quickly they spread. Even if you don’t work in the field of weight management, you are likely asked for your thoughts on the latest trends from family and friends. How do you keep up with the research, separate fact from fiction, and translate it to the public?

In this interactive webinar where we take a closer look at popular diets, discuss resources for staying current, and develop an evidence-based response to the question, “What’s the best diet for weight loss?”.

  1. I cannot RSVP to the event for Fad Diets or Sleep and nutrition, the next 2 upcoming events for nutrition and wellness. The RSVP button does nothing when clicked.
