About this event

This 2-hour session is the second webinar in a 3-day Virtual Learning Event hosted by the Military Families Learning Network’s Personal Finance team. Dr. Gutter will begin by discussing our understanding of Ethics, especially as they apply to Financial Counseling and the Military. The discussion will then focus on the role of empathy; defining and distinguishing it. Further, participants will discuss together how empathy can reinforce or even conflict with ethical guidelines. Dr. Gutter will incorporate examples into our discussions and utilize the chat to share perspectives and dialogue about the issues.
