Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Erin Skinner is a Registered Dietitian and military veteran with 14 years of healthcare experience. She previously helped elite military groups optimize their nutrition, then shifted to the world of Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She co-created one of the first insurance-billing functional medicine clinics in the country, runs a private practice, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University. She has provided Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) via telehealth since 2015, both in private and insurance-based settings, to both individuals and groups.
